New Combat Hotkeys / War Commander

New Combat Hotkeys have been added! Pressing the 'S' key will stop selected units, 'R' will turn RUBI on and off, and 'Shift + 1, 2, 3, or 4' while units are highlighted will create platoon groups. Pressing keys 1-4 will automatically select the group of units that was previously designated.
